We’ve got a successful formula of managing and developing customers and you should be comfortable with following our sales guidelines. That does not mean your role will be prescriptive. You will have considerable autonomy over how you manage your territory and your day, and how you strike deals, achieve margins, introduce new customers, etc. But you’ll need to be organised – well organised – to manage a hectic schedule and to delight your customers.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for talented sales people who can demonstrate tenacity and an impressive record of hitting sales goals – not necessarily in B2B. Of more importance will be your ability to just go out and do it - open doors, win new business whilst closing doors of existing customers to our competitors. Happy customers don’t tend to leave the Lyreco fold.

Salary up to £33,500 with an OTE of £42,000 plus company car, mobile phone, tablet, pension scheme and private health care.
