We are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to support the Extended Range team. As our Customer Service Administrator you will work closely with our category sections in Marketing, our suppliers and our customers, inputting and managing orders from our Extended Range website to ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest level whilst supporting the wider teams. The role is very diverse with data inputting, product creation as well as handling the businesses Shredding solution.
Strong levels of communication skills both verbal and non-verbal will be key within this role as you handle and resolve enquiries and disputes from customers and individuals across the business. You will also be highly organised with an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency within your work.
The ideal Customer Service Administrator will be Customer centric and commercially aware and will have the ability to meet deadlines and will be flexible in providing support or other teams when required and undertake other duties, as and when needed.
