Account Manager - Enterprise Accounts

As an Account Manager, Enterprise Accounts you will be responsible for the management, development and retention of a portfolio of highly critical and complex business accounts with annual spends in excess of £750kpa.
You will work in partnership with clients to maximize relationships, ensuring expectations of customers are met and exceeded and in turn develop a deep insight into your customers business.
You'll be responsible for developing sales through real time, strategic solutions and manage bespoke schemes that offer clients cost reductions through supplier consolidation, whilst ensuring customers receive an optimum service.
Other key responsibilities include;
- Consistent performance against sales and margin targets set by the Commercial Director.
- Maintaining excellent and successful business partnerships.
- Identifying opportunity's and driving business value.
- Manage customer accounts through in-depth business reviews.
- Successfully negotiate contractual agreements and re-tenders to maximise business potential.
You will be well established within your business development career and have a complete understanding of the sales and business development process. Coupled with a history of exceeding sales in a consultative and solutions focused environment.
A successful track record in margin development and managing re-tender processes at corporate level is essential to meet the roles requirements. We are looking for an individual with a strategic mind set, who is experienced in executive level relationship building and uses sound commercial judgement to arrive at suitable decisions.
